All postage is by Australia Post. We take all appropriate care in packaging your goods, and all goods are insured for the delivery through Australia Post. Any claim you have, should be taken by you directly to Australia Post.

Gift Certificates

All Gift Certificates are to be redeemed within 6 months from the date of issue. The Gift Garden gift certificates are redeemable only online at www.thegiftgarden.com.au.

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

Gift Certificates are not transferable.

If the price of the purchase exceeds the certificate amount, another payment method is required. The gift certificate does not include the delivery cost.

Terms

Making a purchase with The Gift Garden could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any item that you wish to buy to your shopping cart. After you have finished making your selection, click on “checkout” and you will be ask to fill in a few details about yourself so that we can complete your order.

If you wish, you may complete your order over the phone Tel. 0425 355 809 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00pm. All prices are in Australian.

We accept Paypal, bank cheque, personal cheque, after cleared.

You will receive your order within 10 working days if the item is in stock, maybe longer if paying by personal cheque. I you require urgent delivery, let us know and we will do what we can to rush your purchase to you.

If your item is not in stock we will back order for you. We will telephone or email you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
